    DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN : Valdepeñas

    PRODUCTION AND AGEING : After maceration, fermentation and clarification, at controlled temperature in modern stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 8 months in American and French oak cask and rounded in bottle.

    TASTING NOTES : Cherry red colour with bright ruby tinges. Elegant aromas with hints of cherry and blackberry. Well structured, soft and balanced. Reminiscent of vanilla and cocoa due to its ageing in cask. Prolonged and generous aftertaste.

    GASTRONOMY : Recommende to be taken with pate, semi-cured cheeses, stews and all kind of meat.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : 18º C.

    DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN : Valdepeñas

    PRODUCTION AND AGEING : Produced with selected grapes. Lengthy maceration process with controlled temperatura. The ageing in oak casks lasts 14 months followed by a further ageing in bottle.

    TASTING NOTES : Cherry colour with tinges of Ruby. Reminiscent of dark fruits and vanilla. Very well structured. Very pleasant indeed on the palate. Smooth lengthy finish.

    GASTRONOMY : Serve with cured cheeses, stews and all types of meat dishes and game.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : 18º C.

    PRODUCTION AND AGEING : This wine undergoes a very careful process with 24 months ageing in French oak followed by 36 months in bottle.

    TASTING NOTES : Cherry colour. Bright and elegant and complex bouquet. Excellent structure. Full and delicious.

    GASTRONOMY : Serve with cured cheeses, stews and all types of meat dishes and game.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16º - 18º C.
