    GRAPE VARIETY : 100 % Tempranillo

    DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN : Valdepeñas

    PRODUCTION AND AGEING : After maceration, fermentation and clarification, at controlled temperature in modern stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 8 months in American and French oak cask and rounded in bottle.

    TASTING NOTES : Cherry red colour with bright ruby tinges. Elegant aromas with hints of cherry and blackberry. Well structured, soft and balanced. Reminiscent of vanilla and cocoa due to its ageing in cask. Prolonged and generous aftertaste.

    GASTRONOMY : Recommende to be taken with pate, semi-cured cheeses, stews and all kind of meat.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : 18º C.

    GRAPE VARIETIES : MUSCATEL AND SAUVIGNON BLANC

    PARTIALLY FERMENTED WHITE MUST

    ALCHOLIC STRENGTH : 8 % Vol.

    TASTING NOTES : Pale straw colour with tinges of Green and subtle bubbles. Fine, fresh bouquet  with reminders of tropical fruits such as Mango, Pineapple and Maracuya derived from these type of grapes. Fresh and fruity and smooth on the palate. Excellent balance of acidity and sugar.

    GASTRONOMY : Serve with tropical salads, prawns and shrimps as well as patés, sweet sauces, rice dishes and fairly spicey foods. Cakes.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : Very chilled at 4º C.

    PARTIALLY FERMENTED RED MUST

    ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH : 8%

    TASTING NOTES : Cherry colour. Subtle bubbles.Fine fresh bouquet of strawberries and cherries, plums and peaches. Fresh smooth and fruity. Great balance.

    GASTRONOMY : Serve with tropical salads, prawns and shrimps, patés, sweet sauces, rice dishes, slightly spicey foods. Cakes.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : Very chilled at 4º C.
