    DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN : Valdepeñas

    PRODUCTION AND AGEING : After maceration, fermentation and clarification, at controlled temperature in modern stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 8 months in American and French oak cask and rounded in bottle.

    TASTING NOTES : Cherry red colour with bright ruby tinges. Elegant aromas with hints of cherry and blackberry. Well structured, soft and balanced. Reminiscent of vanilla and cocoa due to its ageing in cask. Prolonged and generous aftertaste.

    GASTRONOMY : Recommende to be taken with pate, semi-cured cheeses, stews and all kind of meat.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : 18º C.

    TIERRA DE CASTILLA WINE

    PRODUCTION AND AGEING : This wine is produced with  extra special care after ageing for 3 months in oak casks with a further ageing in bottle.

    TASTING NOTES : Fine intense cherry colour. Elegant bouquet reminiscent of cranberries and cherries with a hint of violets. These aromas are due to the ageing in casks. Smooth and fresh with a persistent structure on the palate.

    GASTRONOMY : Serve with patés, semi cured cheeses, stews and all types of meat dishes.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE : 18º C.
